The Bunkhouse is a self-catering hostel which can also be hired as a holiday cottage, or as a base for a camping group. It overlooks Port Mor, where the ferry boats arrive, and is near to The Craft Shop/Restaurant and to the island's hotel. It has three bedrooms, with beds not bunks; 2 twin rooms and 1 double.There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker and a fridge; a bath/shower room, and a small living room, where the focal point is the oil-fired rayburn stove which heats the water and emanates constant warmth. There are cards, games, and a wide selection of books.

£12.00 per person per night (£11.00 with own sleeping bag)

Payment must be in cash or by cheque - we are unable to process plastic cards.

Bring you own towel and all the food for your own catering. The Craft Shop is the only shop on the island selling home-cooked soups, sandwiches, quiche and cakes. A great place for morning coffee, lunches and afternoon teas. The Craft Shop also sells some crafts and stocks a few provisions.
