Driven Shooting
A small-scale family run shoot has been set up on Muck and sells around 10 days a season. By planting around 20 acres of game crop alongside the new and existing plantations and by using the Island's natural topography of deep gully's and heather banks we can show mixed drives of pheasants and partridges. Ponds have also been created on the hill ground to show high ducks. Later in the season, guns can expect to see snipe and woodcock in abundance.
A typical 'driven' package consists of the following;
Our drives cover most of the island 1600 acres and the sea is our boundary. The scenery makes for a magnificent backdrop in which to shoot in. We offer a unique experience with exciting shooting coupled with first class hospitality.
Accommodation
We offer full board accommodation at Port Mor House Hotel as part of the package with the shoot lunch being provided by the "Craft Shop". We specialise in shellfish and seafood and have an excellent selection of wines and whiskys to suit everyone.
