Welcome to the Isle of Muck

The Isle of Muck is an island on the west coast of Scotland. Muck forms part of the Small Isles, with the neighbouring islands of Canna, Eigg and Rum. It is a wonderful place to get away and relax, and is ideal for families, wildlife enthusiasts, walkers, and anyone who enjoys the outdoors. There are white sandy beaches to enjoy, secluded bays to explore, and an impressive range of wildlife including whales, porpoises, otters, seals, eagles and puffins to name a few.

The Isle of Muck is about 2 hours from the mainland, and ferries depart from both Mallaig (www.calmac.co.uk - summer and winter timetables) and Arisaig (www.arisaig.co.uk - summer months only, an excellent day out for all the family, with wildlife, beaches, walks and homemade lunches at the Muck Tearoom).

The Island has a range of accommodation options, including a catered lodge, holiday cottages and bunkhouse

Yachts please see Getting Here for information about anchorages. Wild campers and kayakers are very welcome.

We look forward to welcoming you.
