For the adventurous, you can stay in a Yurt which is a canvas framed circular structure based on a Mongolian design. The Yurt has been erected on the North side of the island, in a secluded bay called Cairidh, which has a small beach and views to the islands of Rum and Canna. It has a wooden floor and a small wood-burning stove in the centre for heating and water, and a small gas stove is provided for cooking. There is a composting toilet closeby, and bath/wash facilities are available at Port Mor House Hotel (small charge). The Yurt sleeps 3-5 people, and campbeds and pillows are provided. We also provide cooking equipment. Please bring your own sleeping bag/bedding, towels and food.

Price £10 per night for the whole Yurt (we do not charge per person).
